Her conversion would have been for 1M in common stock. I believe the voting share is just a hair over 20M with common stock and preferred which would barely be under 5%. If she was no longer a director and had just shy of 5% no 4 is required.

I am only making assumptions based on what I see in the docs.

I don't see anyone else currently listed as a director going anywhere any time soon. As I understand it Anthony Smith is the backbone of their testing sector and Grimmett is becoming a key player as well.
