If the CEO of a public company provides rumors about the company that are meant to entice new investors is securities fraud.

Mersky can't promote the company with "white lies" - this is getting comical.

Where is the big Mersky interview - let me guess it is in the same place as the "fire side chat" or the streaming of the sales room...

Mersky promised a great deal and delivered nothing.
