I think the answer to that one is pretty simple. As always on the OTC, the pps is being manipulated. The fact that the SEC doesn't come down on these MMs like a ton of bricks is truly unbelievable. As a financial adviser, if I did in my business the things that these guys do, I'd be in jail or at the very least have my licenses pulled.
