Absolutely, CA going to be (is becoming already) a "buyers market" with the greatest values in the nation. (Big topic lately)

Fine print though also the fiercest competition as well due to the high volume and quality of capable operators who have had several times longer than everyone else. (Product quality leads competition, after that is addressed, everything else comes into play, which the majority are not prepared for.....at all.

While many obsess constantly (here) about endless nonsense, that is actually a real shortcoming: They could be much wiser in their acquisitions (and prices paid).

Unless it is truly among a significant handful, no one should be shelling out 3MM-5MM-7MM+ for retail locations. Have a well versed team hit the ground with a (fixed) budget and dozens of locations could be accumulated very quickly for alternate (than cash/stock) agreements, which is also (now) much easier with the cultivation footprint the have established and the ability to integrate such into agreements. (100 different ways).

It's too personal to be business.
