BLDV Defines Projects for 2018

November 21, 2017 Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (OTC PK: BLDV) Denver Colorado:

CEO Josh Alper and Director Steve McMorrow attended the MJ BizCon Convention in Las Vegas to confirm 2018 plans with strategic partners.

Meetings with Quality Green Inc.

BLDV was able to meet with the Quality Green team to further discuss the Site-B addition to their current Cannabis Cultivation License. The schedule for operations in the new building has been agreed to be January 2019, which matches the build-out plan and anticipated schedule of approvals from Health Canada.

Andrew Spasiw, CEO of Quality Green Inc. was able to meet the team from Cann10 Israel to discuss how the efforts of Cann10 North America can contribute to a competitive sustainable advantage for their efforts in Canada.

Based on the performance of the Canadian Market, the size of the project has been increased and the building under consideration for purchase by BLDV for lease to Quality Green is now 30,000 sq. ft. up from 7,500 sq. ft.

Josh Alper CEO of BLDV will be in Canada on the week of December 5th to continue the process and inspect the buildings under consideration for purchase and build-out.

Cann10 Israel attends Conference

The CEO of Cann10 Israel & Shizim, Yossi Bornstein, and the newly appointed Director of Business Development for Shizim (parent company of Cann10 Israel) Gerry Yampolsky attended the show. In addition to the meetings with BLDV to finalize Cann10 North America, the Israeli team was able to meet with many of their international partners and existing relationships in the USA and Canada.

Jonathan Alper, Director of BLDV has just returned from Israel, and the setup of the BLDV company in Israel is in progress. This entity will manage BLDV’s involvements in Israel including the development of relationships with technology companies.

Cannabis Clean & Cannabis Clean Supply

The show in Vegas has become the place where Cannabis companies meet with their strategic partners to plan the strategy for 2018. Cannabis Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, has successfully reinvented itself and has started the transition from a Specialized Janitorial Company to Sanitation Technology Company. Meetings next week in Denver will further define pans for 2018 and beyond.
