Agreed. There are two potential ways to profit from this. The first is fundamental --new locations generate revenue and awareness and bring more demand from the investment community. This is the long term play.

The short term for traders is the hope that some of these trader chat rooms re-discover Giggles and decide to run it. This is what happened last January, but it needs some bit of positive news to provide the kindling to get the fire started. The charts have to show that the stock is near a bottom, and the news has to be good enough that the chat room traders can justify pumping it to their followers.

I'd prefer the first because its longer lasting and ultimately far more profitable. It just will take a LOT of time, and no more blunders from the CEO.
