You are right the stock is stuck here until either revenues exceed all costs or federal legalization. When it comes it may allow one to get back in but it also may happen like almost everything seems to be happening these days - one surprise after another.

I found last year there are many times in low volume days when the spread is to far apart. You may need more than a couple of cents to make anything.
