I don't think it was meant to be a pump & dump. I think it was supposed to be a pump & dilute like last time. I think they had every reason to believe they were going to win a big judgment with BC II. After seeing B. Riley come out today with a Buy, I think it was all planned in advance. Who is going to issue a Buy rating after being humiliated in court? I believe they were planning on diluting another 3M - 5M shares after this pop.

Going to be some money to be made both up and down, but I don't trust them enough to just hold long-term.
