I've done extensive research on Rob Stevens and I have not come across any indictments...there is, however, a long list of people who have gotten in various types of trouble around companies where he has been the receiver and done reverse mergers (guess he just has the darndest bad luck picking unscrupulous people to do business with).

The only official action I've seen against him was about 20 years ago where he was fined and had his incense suspended:

While I can't substantiate it, I've heard rumors that he has been investigated by the SEC on multiple occasions.
