RAKR - don't forget the part from the Financial statement that confirms that 13,100,000 free tradings shares of stock were issued towards $13,100 in debt ($.001/share) after the reverse split and right before the paid promotion

Nice of Kevin Wright to work out an arrangement where $185,100 worth of debt was forgiven, but there is still $20,900 worth of debt convertible into 20,900,000 free trading shares of stock ($.001/share) that remains
