At a minimum, I find this offer/situation amusing. So much for the "friendly" offer. Probably should also ammend the other sections in the offer about lawsuits. At this time, I don't look at the offer as serious/credible. The stock they are "exchanging" at 0.62 per share is not even trading. If I was an early investor and watched my investment decline so much in value and saw this company basically do nothing over the years, I'm not sure I'd be happy giving my stock to the former CEO. So this company is behind on reporting, I see no progress/shows etc, the website is still not updated, and no updates from the company. And yet, I wonder why the former CEO and preferred shareholders are "fighting" over what looks like a dying company?? Just my opinions.
