Listen your teaching me nothing and I too need to see this a much higher price but a dead and dying smog check company is not attractive nor is recycling or junk yard whatever you want to call it. Company needs to bring in new investors and past few years they have done nothing except stop being sec compliant and that means save a few bucks while most likely fleecing investors and hiding more dilution or convertible debt. Management needs to go been failures for years
