Ok so you are slowly getting there.. deficit doesn't matter. Yes convertible notes matter.. so dig around and see how much really it is and how much was diluted during last Q.. this is not the issue here.
SPMI has one of the cleanest books at this pps and very attractive SS with AS only 250M and OS half of that.. also with the real buisness and revenue. . Yes buisness is not attractive but it is real buisness. If they run MJ buisness with those numbers and books that would be way above a penny..
SPMI needs some hot news, that's all.
