It's just that....nonsense. You submit the filing and they post it. There is no "clearance" process.

Now if you were to try and get OTCMarkets to bend their rules on your behalf that would be different. For example (strictly hypothetically, of course), if you were to ask OTCMarkets if they would re-establish you as a Pink Current company if you filed all the required documents but it would have to be without signatures because the guy who was supposed to sign them was out of town and they said "Hell No" I could picture Alozo Pierce reporting to investors that they were "Awaiting OTC clearance".
We've seen this clown's act before. It's a safe bet that there just aren't any financials to file yet.
