The NOL's represent huge value and so do assets for balance sheet

It's a great question you pose - and It is my opinion- that no matter what exact entity they actually "merge"- here --so long as it has revenues and profits that can benefit from the NOL - and provides shareholders with POTENTIAL for substantially increased share prices. -- thinks will work out quite well here at $UHLN
