Yeah, sure.....I notice how there is no debate on my statement. sorry, OTC never gets a multiple, period and do not forget they are still Millions in Debt. Sorry to burst the bubble.....but please point out to me where in an 8K, LOI or anything it states $24M or any funding at all? I think the amount they actually receive will be far, far less. Again, sorry.

Clear the market does not think much of this news either.
