I just know that dilution will happen and I am not gullible to trust a subpenny ceo words for words. The filing is right there and it clearly said there are some CD. Any retail trust a Ceo or any traders 100% or even 80%, then that person shouldn't be in Wallstreet. Do you trust a guy you never met before 100%? I don't even trust my waitress who I have met, drink with, hang out 100%. Heck, there are family that kill each other when money is involved. You could count on friend to pick you up but when money is involved, it get touchy.
