Bio thanks. I guess I am a little confused because my Federal BC/BS's formulary shows V as being Tier 3 which means that they would cover 50% of the cost. For it to be $40 bucks would mean that the full cost of V would have to be $80, but I understand it is considerably more than that.

I profess ignorance because I have never had a prescription to attempt to fill. Could it be that whatever BC/BS plan you had, had V listed as Tier2?
