I just have to think that Durrant must see a pathway out of this, if he went to the trouble of securing an extension, and if, as Namaste says, he may want leverage.
Whether the leverage is to obtain financial recovery from litigation, or to advance the other projects HGEN was working on, who knows? But if Durrant didn't at least see a way forward, why fight the inevitable?
I continue to support Durrant, if this is a fight he thinks he can win.
