Well if you have read my past posts - I mentioned the changes in coverage. I have been taking PharmaEPA (Restore) instead of Vascepa. Since we switch from BC/BS, UHC has Vascepa in Tier III. I had an off label script. Acually BC/BS pulled out of the region.
