Trumps Tax plan hasn't gone into effect and still has to get through all the hurdles so can't see it as the catalyst yet?

I think in the case of NEWT they are making money and need to pay out 90% or more. Raises are a good thing.

The fact that we can't get any kind of return with our money in the banks keeps the market propped up! Eventually rates will rise and that is when we will need to be prepared for drops.

I think things should remain good for a while before we have to get too concerned short of a new War or something unpredictable?
