What I meant is the $1.15 Units seem to be Open until Dec 7th 2017, they or a lucky few could continue to short $1.70 BLO or what ever they want and continuously and then backfill the $1.15 BLO until the Private Placement closes for what ever they Short, real shame if Company continues to fill their Short at $1.15 BLO

$1.15 BLO is $0.90 BLOZF

Open the Private Placement to everyone and Pressure at the Ask would slow

Just Buy the Placement instead

Some get to do that beings it's "Real Private" and their probably short selling the Ask folks are paying now and just Backfilling the $1.15 BLO or $0.90 BLOZF

Maybe it's just Private Shorters
