Maybe the question you need to ask yourself is the time frame you will give him to accomplish all of these goals. Of course the financials will tell us all how successful the company will be.

Lets not forget almost all of the major car makers are coming out with their Ev's in the next couple of years. They have the production facilities and the dealer network to handle the issues.
