Yes I just got word on this myself a little bit ago that the 10-Q will be released tomorrow after some delays from an independent accountant on receiving the Amps financials to consolidate completely into this report. It will still BE included and noted in the report as revenues forthcoming to look forward to in the consolidated 10-K annual report so everything will be just fine. Not the end of the world! smile
