Well, that cleared things up. Previous CEO got all operating functions of BDCI as well as the debt. Dwyer was elevated to new CEO/Director. Cannabis Consortium will reverse merger into BDCI and change name and ticker.
So, in essence the previous CEO moved out and took all his marbles and CC is moving into a clean, empty shell with Dwyer as CEO.
