Stuck here too, wouldn't the revoking be the first step in re-registering shares and eventually trading again? So in that sense it's a good thing?? I noticed it said the revokation was to impose the sanction in the respondent's offer... respondent is EXAD meaning it's going along with the offer EXAD submitted to the SEC to resolve their deficiencies, which I assume is along the lines of their last 8K:
