some financing/restructuring updates.

Restructure the debt and get the 2-20 million. That has teeth and will pave the way for the other events IMHO.

Orphan Drug Status is worth a chunk of change as it is today and combine that with FDA trials beginning represents meat on the bone!!!

Bottom line: We get financing/restructuring trips are over IMHO. Like I said .005 to a penny IMHO. We must remember and realize we are not seeking Orphan Drug Status. WE HAVE IT!!!!

You notice I left opioid's out of the equation for now.
