In his own word paraphrased HE MISSED THE STAY IN JUDGE COLYERS COURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now had it been ME , I would have come out and said I WAS WRONG because I missed the fact that the JUDGE had a stay on the case until it was finalized THE stay!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I do though have a problem with BOTH RON AND AZ in the fact that , THEY WILL OR CAN NOT EVER SAY THEY WERE OR ARE WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just opps I missed something so that makes it ok and me not WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!
