It is a perma-short; it truly is - but buying calls against that long term short position also makes sense from time to time as the market ebbs and flows; rises and falls...Yes, even this "crazy" bull market has occasional but brief mini-pullbacks....A broader pullback is coming but who knows exactly when? My guess is the spring for a more substantial correction but again, who really knows the timing?
