Suit is gone. Nothing forbids COR from filing another suit (in this free country) but court documents show COR already recovered the funds from other parties, and that COR shares the blame in creating the problem. Carter, person or ghost, can return whenever he desires. Maybe he already finished writing another book.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
