HYPER, my one advantage, I worked as a consultant for a group of investors years ago, prior to Car T going main stream, researching the cold chain.. The one perpetual theme,the CYRX portal.. To be quite honest, 99.9% of the investors, myself included always believed CYRX was strictly a company that rented their cryogenic dewar's, and revenue would grow based on containers rented..
At that time.. Track, trace, chain of identity or chain of custody were non existent in the investor vocabulary, excluding the experts..
When CYRX first hired the current CEO, there was no need for me to speak with him but was asked to.. The current CEO got it.. I think one of MANY reasons today, why CYRX is positioned for the future. As far as dealing with or working for institutions, I'm not an expert, so my questions are dead serious.. Even though I had several institutions years ago contact me for my opinion .The story was to sell, but a lot of variables came into play.. CYRX was on the pink sheets, burn rate, going concern,no growth, lack of liquidity and market cap on top of many additional reasons... It all made sense to me, the stock was not investable at that time.. Fast forward to today.. I just think our stock is ridiculously undervalued based upon my understanding of the vein to vein process.. The thesis has changed from where I stand and hopefully soon, the market will get it..That's why I presented my questions to Robert..
What do the institutions know and understand?
How do you define the future?
What would bring the institutions back off the sidelines?
What reason(s) do you believe caused the institutions to step back in the first place?
I've posed many questions to Robert, but I never get responses.. So I'm starting to have my doubts about Robert.. If Robert really wants to participate on the board, and he really knows what he's taking about, then hIs answers are going to be extremely valuable and helpful..
