Cummins has been testing this tech for regional units for about 6 years. When I was on the road the talk going around was the issue of recharging at the truck stops. To install spots to plug in chargers would eat up as much as 20% of the truck stops real estate for individual chargers. Thats a big deal when theres already an ssue of proper rest areas and stops.
