Bagel why wouldn't they at very least include future earning s & other assets like patent pending s & IP s ?

For instance short term 12-24 Mo s Corti drugs alone are expected to add 200 Mil in NET Rev or 600 Mil plus to Gross sales , if they were in the market today ANI gross earnings would be 800 Mil so unless I am missing something short term growth appears to be very healthy using their own estimates on what we know today about Corti drugs they would have to be considered today in any buy out !

Along with consideration for all " unrealized assets ! Where am I going wrong ? JMHO
