Unfortunately we only have the Q3 filings, but the big drop below $1 happened after Q3 (which ended on 09/30/2017) in Q4, so we do not know if some of the big players that added in Q3 dumped some/all shares in Q4. But IMO the volume was too weak for a sell-off.

Top 10 WMIH shareholders either bought more or held last qtr

Look at top ten WMIH shareholders. Last quarter, they all either increased their holdings or kept what they had. None sold. That is hopefully a good sign.
