Mel should be able too end the sweep and the conservatorship as he is the steward and no one else. I believe he can ignore HERA and the Treasury as they have nothing too do with his mission and the charter that he should be executing. The sweep is a wired transaction and those things happen until a court order or the party that is performing the wire stops. Mel knows what he is doing and is all part of the show. He might consider the he might gain more by shining the light on himself by acting and requesting the courts too stop the wire. This is no different then any wire fraud with the exception of both parties are a party too it and using some contract that most likely isn't severable as an excuse. What has more power the original charter of the conservatorship or the contract that conflicts with it?
Crazy if you want too believe it.
