My belief (speculation) is Enersys will buy Monbat. And we are now working with Enersys on a "potential contract" . Theory is in in fact I am right our agreement with Eneresys has not been voided but actually continuing base on what I believe. See...if Enersys buys Monbat our technology is still secured and any discussion we have with Enersys is ongoing. I also have been watching Monbat and it looks like there might be something going on. Last news was negative and it's been very quiet on their homepage ever since even after they bought are company. Interesting as I have said before they never disclosed the terms of the sale! Why!! You have to understand these Enersys guys will not deal with lithium until everyone is making money and then they will jump in. In the meantime they are playing "make money as we go" without losing a dime and only dealing with mostly government contracts or applications that are highly technical and advanced and competitors cant jump in easily. But I believe we will be instrumental when the floodgates open and lithium applications are everywhere. The only reason why we don't know anything is the fact that while we are in bankrubtcy we don't have to tell anyone except the courts what's going on and I am sure it's sealed because of the sensitivity of the whole thing, and as long as Enersys tells the courts they will deal with this in a fair manner we are put on hold indefinitely! Did you notice after June of this year there has been no news from the bankrubtcy court and the reporting of any events has stopped! !Why after has been so quiet? Why is this?????
Let's hope I am right and we will hear something by years end or early 2018!!
