I'm not the least bit certain about the importance or impact of the outstanding warrants on CYTR's pps. The .70 warrants were thought to be an issue this past last July, and received quite a bit of coverage leading up to their expiration on 7/19. I don't really think they were a factor when looking back over past posts and CYTR's pps before and immediately after the warrants expired. News of the the Soon/NC partnership took over shortly thereafter and the rest is history.

I'm providing a link to a post that referenced warrants outstanding at the time including the .5055 warrants that would be adjusted as a result of the R/S to $3.03 and won't expire until sometime in Jul 2018.

Again, in retrospect, I don't think that those remaining warrants will have a major impact on CYTR's pps given all the other catalysts and unknowns that could be released at any time which could send the stock price to highs not seen recently making warrants a moot point. I'm sure there are differing opinions.
