I read the jury notes and the responses today. Hadn't realized they were added after I reviewed the trial minutes.

Looks like a clueless jury, but still hopeful they will do the right thing. Only thing that could be a problem is they asked about doctrine of equivalents for one patent. That tells me they had a problem ruling literal infringement.

Should still be okay, but not the slam-dunk on all allegations like we could dream of.
