Before one tries to “prove” that a company is a P&D, they should educate themselves about what that is. A Pump and Dump is an illegal scam - meaning, it is a company set up by criminals with the sole purpose of fleecing the public. It is not a legitimate company who some may feel has some investment risk.

Further, you don’t prove a company is a P&D by simply saying it has some debt and it’s share price has fallen in the past. LOL. SMFH!
