All of these buys since January

have been classified as "Voting or Investment Control(3)", potential voting rights and de-facto control or Tenure voting, greater than one share one vote. Often used to hold off hostile takeovers and also used in ways that are not shareholder friendly.

Not all insider buying is a 'happy clappy' affair and should be viewed with eyes wide open ...as usual.
