Nothing new on legislation. All the laws were made public last week in order to gain feedback from the people. They can still be altered or completely removed if not deemed necessary by the people. Here are the links if you want to go over them your self.

Jeff Session has changed his mind about MJ being a schedule 1 drug right next to Heroin which is fantastic cuz who really thinks MJ can do any damage, especially compared to some poison like Heroin because that's all that is.

From what I understand he's not going to go after states that have made their decision to harbor MJ use. This is FANTASTIC news because it takes the fear out of the rest of the states and eventually more will step up. If all 50 states decide they want to use MJ in whatever form then it's their decision and he won't do anything about it just like he stated. Personally, i believe that after Cali shows their tax numbers for 2018 we will have full-blown legalization 2019.
