Your post is confusing. It sounds like you are saying you called computershare, spoke to someone let’s say a help desk secretary of some sorts who can look up info, she says Telogis bought RMTD (equity in the company by way of purchasing shares or substantially all assets as quoted in Telogis PR), then Verizon purchase Telogis. She then claims, RMTD shareholder prior to 7/2010, their shares will or should be converted to Verizon shares.

Then she asked a higher up type manager for confirmation, and he said that is not true.

Is that what happened??


Anyways, this is from 2014 so take it for what it’s worth. iHubber called computershare and they said they are not the transfer agent of RMTD. Of course this is back in 2014 but the point is, Keith and David left this company as board
Members in the fall of 2013. So if computer Share is the transfer agent, who on earth filing the papers.
