Even if the drugs are picked up by another company thru BK....there will be a delay in getting those drugs to the public.

The delay, which could be years, will hurt many people suffering. Correct me if I am wrong..but that doesn't appear to be a concern of yours or anyone else that is shorting this stock. If people die or have to suffer extreme pain for extended periods of time...that is just immoral!!
