Seems pretty clear that there will be an even exchange of an underlying share for each ADR upon surrender so the easy way for us yankee's to accumulate cheapies now is to buy the ADRs then deal with the fine print later IMO. I wouldn't be surprised to see an enterprising broker dealer set up an easy path for yankees to convert/trade the ADR issues for a modest fee of course. After all, there are 500mil units of commission$ up for grabs.
