Does EHOS have any plans on registering with the SEC, becoming current, and being more than a quick trade?

EHOS de-registered with the SEC just about a year ago, i.e. in early December 2016. The Company was and remains significantly behind in making it financial filings.

The most recently transmitted SEC Form 10-Q, i.e. quarterly report, was done 2 1/2 years ago, covering the quarter ended MARCH 31, 2015. More than 2 1/2 years of financial transparency is missing! Pragmatically, it is likely nobody has a clue as to what is going on! Catching up on the financials is a prerequisite for again registering with the SEC. The catch-up process is expensive and time-consuming. As of now EHOS is deemed "Dark or Defunct--Pink NO INFORMATION" by OTC Markets. IMO...given the cumbersome updating process, this will not change any time soon!

Without any SEC reporting, investors are in an untenable risk position! It's tough when shareholders have to rely on fluffy Company authored PR's and Tweets! Interestingly, EHOS hasn't even provided much of anything since it de-registered 12 months ago! Why would Bryan Wayne Geer take the job of CEO, immediately de-register with the SEC, twiddle his thumbs for nine or ten months, then resign the CEO position, but remain on the Company's BOD?

As an aside, catching up on the financials would also require somebody to actually know what has transpired over the last two and a half years. That person would be Scott Corlett, the former CEO, but he has "moved on"! Personally, I would seriously question the current "condition" of the Company's financial records!

Given the above, IMO...it is very UNLIKELY EHOS will make any near-term effort to bring the financial reports to current, thus will certainly not be re-registering with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Anyone signing a financial report dating back to mid-2015 would big-time put himself/herself in "harms way" from a regulatory perspective!
