Are you sure you know how a reverse split works? Right now the share price is hovering around .0006 The AS is 7.5B with 3B already outstanding.
Any reverse split done in connection with a reverse merger would probably not reduce the AS at all, or at least not by the same ratio.
Let's say they decide on a 100:1 split.... That gets the share price to .06 (between your .02 and .10 numbers) but any shareholders have had their holdings divided by 100. Someone who held 100,000 shares, now has 1000. The share price may LOOK better, but they really have no more $$$ to show for their "investment".
Meanwhile, the OS shares have been reduced to 30M and if the AS is left at 7.5 B, there is a whole lotta shares for the "new" company to DILUTE THE CRAP OUT OF THE SHAREHOLDERS WHO ALREADY SUFFERED THROUGH ALL OF BSETH'S DILUTION. (and let's get real...that is the reason the new company wants to go public...to have shares for "financing") DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION
