It was a German company - that’s why it was handled over there.
And one of those creditors went to court and was awarded a judgement against poolworks.

So we will have to see what Holtzbrinck wants to do now. Obviously he wasn’t happy with how they were dealing with paying him back that judgement that it is forcing them into bankruptcy.
I was surprised myself someone of his reputation would have wanted to deal with Vert in the first place - especially dealing with a pennystock.

And let’s not forget Pope didn’t mention that Berlin Judgement to Kurt (supposedly) when the agreement was first done. And dumped a bunch of zombie users into the deal.
But Kurt took the deal anyway and now shareholders paid the price.

Actually a bankruptcy works out better for Holtzbrinck as the German courts will allow him a tax write off.
