1) My previous post is the guarantee that LBH plc gave to LP 1 for their ECAPS: list preferred stock on their exchange in London.

2) I am looking for the guarantee that LBHI gave to LP 5 for their ECAPS. I would expect for LBHI to list their preferred stock on a U.S. exchange per the November 13, 2017 notice.

Note: LBHI confirmed the trigger event for LP V. Perhaps, LBHI will treat lp 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 the same being that LBHI pulled the trigger! We will see what happens! After all the LP's (1 thru 5) General Partner, Initial Partner (JPMCB) & Preferential Partner are in London.
