With respect to the past audit attempts Tracie made the statement "Again the auditors got behind and we didn’t meet our deadlines so then we were going to '15 and '16", from this can we infer the auditors were derelict in performing the audit and AMMX shared no responsibility for the delays?
In as much as this has been an occurrence over a several years period I only wish Tracie would have been forth coming with more specifics of the cause and more specifically what actions AMMX might have implemented to insure there is no delay with the '17 audit.
