Hello guys. New here, and I'm just going to admit, I know very little about stock markets etc.

However, a few things I thought you might be interested in about this new book by Leolah Brown and what 'Midas Touch Media LLC' run by Antoine Frye might have to do with it. Unfortunately may not be good news for you guys.

Leolah actually wrote a book a few years ago and I believe it was self-published. It was so badly edited, I don't think she had help in writing the manuscript. She registered a company in Georgia but it was 'administratively dissolved' a long time ago.

Leolah has become a very controversial figure. A decade or so ago btw she legally changed her name from Leola Rochelle Brown to Leolah Muhammad. It was around the same time she was arrested for 1st degree forgery. In court she negotiated a guilty plea and got probation for 10 years. https://georgia.arrests.org/Arrests/Leola_Brown_6155764/

Since the probation ended, she's been arrested again for shoplifting (another guilty plea negotiated) and been evicted from her housing in 2015. A debt collection agency was engaged to go after her for money she still owed the landlord. I guess what I'm saying is, she's the not the most honest, reliable, responsible person. Nor has she really achieved success at much in her life, but she thinks she can lecture others about how to be a success.

I think this individual is a match for Leolah's Facebook pal, going by his tattoos and general appearance. If so, looks like he's also been arrested again just a few weeks ago for some fairly serious offenses.

Honestly though, if this book does make it to print, I expect it will be mostly crap and I wouldn't be surprised if some people sue her for libel. I thnk that most of the media consider her too big a risk to deal with.

Leolah Brown has made these claims in the past:

Pat Houston orchestrated the deaths of both Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Bobby Brown's current wife Alicia is an agent of Pat Houston's and is trying to kill her brother by poisoning him.

Pat Houston practices evil witchcraft and 'gave' her husband Gary Houston cancer to try and kill him.

Whitney had converted to Nation of Islam before she died and become an adherent of Louis Farrakhan.

Leolah has also accused her ex husband of trying to kill her with poison.

In her last notable media appearance, Leolah claimed that Whitney may have had a secret daughter she gave birth to in her teens. She claimed to have 'evidence' from this secret daughter that Pat Houston was involved in child trafficking - no truth to that whatsoever.

Leolah believes that after Whitney died, she should have been put in charge of the entire Houston estate instead of Pat Houston. She claims that Pat Houston robbed her of that position by getting rid of the Browns and forging documents. (Is rich she is accusing someone else of forgery with her own criminal record.)

It really just looks like a bunch of criminals involved in it. I'm sorry to deliver this news and if I was a stockholder with this firm, I would be quite concerned about who/what they're doing business with. This is likely to be another shonky deal.
